The Company began with Alexander McKechnie over 100 years ago. This 1921 City of Ottawa Directory belonged to him and we think you might find it interesting! Note our Vertical advertisement on the cover and the full page advertisement below. It's also interesting seeing the typewriter on the cover. Although it's difficult to remember a time when the typewriter was considered 'cutting edge technology' it's safe to say that in 2020 we are using keyboards more than ever.

About Paul McKechnie
Paul attended Carleton University where he received his Bachelor of Commerce, C.A. He is a partner at McKechnie & Co. (Formerly McKechnie Moore) Chartered Accountants.
He is also an active volunteer in the Ottawa community and currently holds the following positions:
- President of the Board of Directors, The Ottawa Mission;
- Executive, University of Ottawa Medical School Admissions;
- Secretary, Brookmorn Foundation;
- Treasurer, Augustine College.
